Needed this kit for my daughters college class, so we were very happy at how fast it got delivered. She has only used it for a very short period, but she has told me she has had no issues with it, and really likes it. Thank you!!It arrived prompt but I was looking for a specific brand and somehow there was a bait and switch, I don't know that it was the vender, maybe just a glitch with Amazon. I was looking for a specific brand and then when I got the thing it was NOT what I expected, but a cheaper knock off brand. I kept it because I had to use it the next day. Seller was prompt in delivery.The package came with all the essential items described and it was delivered only a few days after I purchased it! The only real downer was that it was not in a bag like portrayed in the picture, but it still had everything though.This was a good set of tools for a ceramics class. I am still using the product until my class is over in December 2013. Nothing has broken yet and the knife tool comes in handy plus it was cheaper than the one at my school.Since this was a required class purchase, I had no choice in finding these tools. Hope the hold up to the assigned projects.My school was out so I had to get it online. it happend to be cheaper, and the quality is above average I would say. However If you are 'hardcore' about your supplys, I would stick to the saying, "you get what you pay for".If you are just needing supplies and arn't picky, this is perfect.was hoping for the dark wood, as in the image.. and also was hoping for higher quality glue from wood to tool, as while sculpting pumpkins with this.. it seemed to have let loose a bit. (came the smaller loop came off).Ordered this for a budding clay artist. He needed it for a college course, and he couldn't be happier with it.
