Stubby, as pictured in the box is non-existant, and mediums are too long for heavy hitting - especially the small sizes. As a structures mechanic I use these exclusively over standard punches. They are much more effective than hammer and punch, however as hard as I use them I go through springs.Love these! spring tools are the best! heads up though, Amazon will ship it in a padded mailer rather than a box.
